It's a Girl Thing follows Allie (Augusta Mariano) and Lily (Lauren Harris), two college friends and roommates navigating issues that affect millennial women in the #metoo era. In each episode we explore a different topic of the conversation about what exactly gender equality means. Written and Co-Created by Lauren Harris, this female driven project will be making its' way through festivals this fall.

Producing She's Not There, part of SHELA Women's Theater Festival
"When Rob meets Anna, he thinks she is the one. When Anna meets Rob, she thinks she can finally be happy. But there is a third party in the relationship that may destroy their union. Every night a shadowy Form seeps from the walls of Anna's apartment and tries to kill her. This play anthropomorphizes depression and explores how it can devastate a person and the lives of those around them."
This incredible play will premier this July and August at the Zephyr Theater, and Lauren is very grateful to have a hand in making it come to life!

The project is being produced by Suzanne Jurva and Lauren Elizabeth Harris of Pathway Pictures. Harris founded Pathway Pictures, which is in development on five feature films and two series. Pink Moon is in its final stage of financing, and planning to begin production in May of 2025.
